Can I add stallion features later?
Yes. Move to Breeder + Stallion the season you stand a stallion; the change starts right away. Moving back down takes effect at your renewal. Your horses and pages stay exactly where they are either way.
Why is there a build fee?
Because we do the data entry. Most breeders never finish entering their own herd on a website builder. We enter every horse from the papers so your site launches complete, and the fee scales with the herd because the hours do.
What does fully managed add?
From $132 a month on annual billing, which is the Breeder plan plus $990 a year for management ($99 a month on monthly billing). With the stallion plan it’s $165 a month. That buys four update sessions a year, each covering up to ten horses plus photos and copy. Extra sessions are $195. Programs over 40 horses are quoted.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your site comes down, but your data does not disappear. Export the full herd to CSV and generate the Breeder Report PDF any time while your account is active, and we will produce both for you on request for thirty days after cancellation. Your own domain stays yours — registered in your name, not ours, so it moves with you wherever the site goes. The yourfarm.breeder.horse address is part of the platform and stops working, which is why we point buyers at your own domain from day one.
Do I need fully managed to get help?
No. Email support comes with every plan. Fully managed means we do the updates for you, four sessions a year. It is not a paywall on getting a question answered.
What if I only have three horses?
Then the build is $495 and it goes quickly. The build fee follows the size of the herd: $495 up to 15 horses, $895 for 16 to 40, and quoted above that. A small program should not pay for a large one.
Can I move an existing website over?
Yes. Send us the address and we will take what is worth keeping — horses, pedigrees, articles, photos — as part of onboarding.
Do you take a cut of a horse sale or a stud fee?
No, and we do not intend to. You pay for the software and the work. What your horses sell for is your business.
What registries do you support?
More than forty, across stock, color, sport horse, gaited and pony breeds. One horse can carry two registrations and display both. If yours is missing we will add it.
