The Site describes our website platform and services for horse breeders. Breeder websites are hosted at subdomains of breeder.horse. Each Breeder operates their own site and is responsible for it. These Terms do not govern Breeder sites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Site or request our services.

3. Information on the Site

We try to keep Site content accurate and current, including features, pricing, and examples. It may change without notice. Pricing and offers are not binding until confirmed in a signed Service Agreement or at checkout.

Example and sample breeder sites are for demonstration only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the portal, or our systems;
introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation;
scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means without our written permission, other than standard search-engine indexing;

Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Weld County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive it.
